Direct reading spectrometer, ultrasonic flaw detector, Front rapid analysis instrument
4: Rough machining
We will control the surface defects of valve castings to ensure the quality of castings.
5: Fine processing
We have more than 100 sets machining equipment , Casting capacity：500,000 tons
6: Epoxy spraying
We have a professional automatic spray line.
7: Valve assembly
Our output more than 200,000sets/annual ductile iron valve.
8: Valve test
We 100% ensure every pc valve passes standard tests.
