This category of valves is applicable for industrial pipelines carrying water as the medium. It is installed at the highest points of horizontal pipelines to rapidly expel gases from the network, and to quickly draw air into the pipeline when negative pressure occurs, thereby preventing pipeline damage caused by vacuum conditions. As a rapid air valve, it combines the functions of high-capacity exhaust, high-capacity intake, and micro-air release typically found in double-orifice air valves, yet provides greater exhaust and intake capacities. The float of this valve is constructed from welded copper plate, offering high strength and overcoming several disadvantages associated with the floats used in conventional double-orifice air valves.
