This equipment is mainly composed of a frame, slide plate, screw rod, support plate, and handwheel. The screw rod is connected to the slide plate by a cylindrical pin, effectively eliminating the difficulty of ensuring machining accuracy and reducing wear between the frame and the slide plate. The frame is made of stainless steel by electric welding, with reinforced angle irons at the corners to ensure a sturdy and reliable frame. The gate provides three‑side sealing, and the seal uses a rubber ring for excellent sealing performance. It is suitable for irrigation, water treatment plants, flood control, wastewater treatment, and similar industries, and is typically installed in channels.
