Product Information
The cast iron lifting adjusting weir gate consists of a gate frame, weir plate, stem, guide rails, and an actuator. Driven by the actuator, the stem moves upward or downward to change the water level differential between the weir gate and the liquid surface, thereby adjusting the water level and controlling the flow rate.
This equipment is manufactured from high-quality gray cast iron, with a bronze alloy sealing face inlaid onto the gate frame, and connects directly with the actuator. It features a simple structure, excellent sealing performance, a wide adjustment range, and convenient maintenance and management. It is widely applicable in irrigation, waterworks, flood control, and sewage treatment industries for reservoir water level regulation or channel flow control.
